Corvus work by Jamjar

Distilling decades of experience into Birdsoup’s bespoke A.I. offering, Corvus, designed to plug the coaching gap.

When your employees’ most valuable conversations are being had with ChatGPT, or training lasts a day, but doesn’t embed itself within your company culture, how do you provide a cost-effective, always-on alternative to keep driving a positive narrative within the organisation?

That’s what Birdsoup were looking to do when they approached us about building Corvus. We’ve worked with Birdsoup for around a decade on marketing, design and development, and being close to what they do — even attending their workshops — we know there’s a magic to what they deliver that’s hard to distill. Or is it?

Birdsoup has decades of experience looking at how the people in a business are the defining ingredients of its success — not the product, not the processes, but the people. They wanted their coaching to last beyond the workshops, and understood that it’s only when it’s put into practice consistently that it has its greatest impact.

Together we built Corvus, an A.I. agent trained on years worth of Birdsoup coaching material and learning resources. The aim was to give employees a safe, anonymised space to practice some of the conversations they’d worked through in training; the difficult, but necessary conversations that truly unlock that person’s potential. For employers, they got a dashboard that gave them insight into the broad topics that were being discussed, and general sentiment towards the business at large.
