1. Using the website
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
2. Content
Everything on the site, including text, design, images, logos and code, belongs to Jamjar Studio Ltd or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Client work shown on the site is displayed with the client’s permission and remains subject to whatever rights the client holds.
3. Our tools and connected accounts
We use internal tools that connect to third-party services, including Google’s APIs, to deliver work for clients. Those tools are for use by Jamjar staff only. Access to any client account through them is granted by the client and can be withdrawn by the client at any time.
Use of Google services through our tools is also subject to Google’s own terms. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Services and proposals
Descriptions of our services on the site are for information. They are not an offer. Any engagement is confirmed by a written proposal, quote or agreement, which sets out the scope, price and terms for that work.

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
